You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will be responsible for a surveyor, a lettings manager, 2 x repairs and maintenance staff, a project support officer, a compliance officer and a team of cleaners.
You will prepare, oversee and then mobilise new contract agreements with subcontractors for the delivery of services across the portfolio.
