You will be responsible for the leadership and management of two supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will be based in our Trafford mental health recovery services.
You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with their families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere. The ability to work in an empathic and holistic way to maintain client orientation and independence is essential.
You must be flexible, energetic and reliable .
You will work with a team of experienced practitioners with a strong biopsychosocial, evidence based interventions.
You will receive regular supervision and your personal development priorities will be shared and supported through our appraisal process. The team is a trust wide service covering all five boroughs of Pennine Care and it is therefore essential you drive and have access to a car.
