You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, managing job flow, and acting as a central point of contact between operatives, clients, and residents. The Role:As a Senior Maintenance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of responsive and planned maintenance works, ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from start to finish and KPIs are consistently met.
You should have an excellent academic background, with a MEng from a top UK university in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2.1 or above and varied experience of working in a structural design practice. An interest in architecturally challenging projects would be helpful.
