You will manage a varied portfolio and play an important part in delivering high quality audit, accounts and compliance services while helping to mentor and develop junior team members. The work will be approximately 70 percent audit and 30 percent accounts and tax compliance.

You will support and guide junior team members as needed, ensuring high standards across the team.

You will review, assess, and certify subcontractor payment applications, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

You will track project costs to ensure budgets remain on target and identify potential risks, contributing to the development of effective mitigation plans.

You will play a key role in supporting the team of engineers, ensuring adherence to British Standards and NSI Codes of Practice, and upholding the exceptional service they provide to their clients. If you’re an experienced technician with leadership potential, a passion for problem solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, we’d also love to hear from you.

You will be working on highways schemes, taking ownership of commercial performance while mentoring junior staff and adding real value to project delivery.
