You will work closely with our front-end developers, data engineers, and product managers to build scalable and efficient applications that meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve designing APIs, managing databases, and ensuring the security and performance of our services.
You will play a crucial role in the full software development life cycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, leveraging your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, Back End technologies, and cloud infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a challenging and rewarding project within a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You will prepare cases where formal enforcement action is to be taken (in consultation with the Council's legal advisors) where breaches of planning control cannot otherwise be resolved. Great communication skills and an ability to engage with a range of stakeholders is therefore essential along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service to all our customers.
