You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You will provide clinical advice for patients as well as ensuring an excellent standard of care across the medicines management service. This will include dispensing medications, medical counselling and reconciliations all while ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and company guidelines.
You will have experience working on earthworks or civil engineering projects and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders while working collaboratively within a team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-value projects while growing within a dynamic and supportive team.
