You will manage a dedicated team of five Salesforce professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce platform continues to scale with the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term strategic objectives.

You must of delivering high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to the needs of end users particularly into the Sales and Marketing area.

You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.

You will take a lead role in building high-quality, accessible, and maintainable front-end solutions across a single-page admin platform and a progressive web application. Working closely with UX, design, and backend developers, you will help shape front-end architecture, improve performance, and mentor other engineers.

You will be working on new projects on the core web platform with other great developers in the UK.
