You will mentor and support new team members, oversee day-to-day operations, and act as the key point of contact for reporting to higher management.

You will act as a Key Worker where necessary, taking primary responsibility for the care and development of a designated young person.

You will be the lead practitioner on shift, mentoring and supporting new team members, reporting to Higher Management, conducting supervisions and updating on progress or difficulties in relation to staff or young people and to advise if management intervention is required.

You must have previously worked in an Ofsted regulated residential children's home, in a Team Leader / Senior capacity as a minimum. - The ability to work on a shift rota. - The ability to work as part of a cohesive team. - A friendly and nurturing attitude and outlook. - A willingness to learn and develop.
