You will liaise with venue staff, parents and clubs to ensure the smooth operation and pathways offered within our sport development programmes.
You will work closely with external agencies, apply for external funding, manage the coaching infrastructure within Sport Development and oversee any sport development activity/programme/initiative that Sport Development have responsibility for.
You will also work to achieve timely and effective resolutions for complaints, and create and maintain accurate information resources for the team, as well as deliver onboarding and training for new team members to ensure a positive start to their roles.
