You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
You will be working as a key member within the administration team whilst providing additional support to the wider team that administers a very large client with an active investment portfolio across multiple fund products.
You will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture in an organization where financial strength and stability is an asset that emboldens us to explore new ideas.
You will administer a complex range of private capital structures (funds and corporates) and associated structures, and assist with establishing new ones.
You will also co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, act as a mentor to more junior team members and process and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations.
You will ensure you always work safely. There will be a great deal of travel from station to station, so it is imperative that you have a full drivers license.
You will ideally have 5 years’ experience within the finance services sector. Exposure to policy and procedures, managing WIP and transactional deadlines and regulatory knowledge/risk management environment experience is also considered desirable.
