You will optimise the sales channel mix through online and agent channel sales.
You will have strong analytical skills and experience in using data to change the end-to-end sales journey to maximise conversion of available demand; be that demand an online visit to the sales website, an inbound or outbound call, or a face-to-face sales interaction.
You will be someone with: - Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS Qualified or overseas equivalent. - Educated up to degree level or CTS. - Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site. - Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
