You will be working alongside a team of highly knowledgeable engineers on a range of projects. This role offers the right person scope to become a strategic part of the business and its future development. Duties & Responsibilities * Contribute to business development through maintaining excellent client relationships * Involvement in establishing the Energy and Sustainability requirements.

You will be defining contract terms, strategic and governance planning, contract options management, KPI reviews, managing tier 1 suppliers, contract disputes/resolution, agreeing work orders and liaising with stakeholders.

You will have an understanding of pre and post contract, and experience of utilising CEMAR or similar to manage construction contracts.

You will play a key role in developing safe, compliant, and reliable EC&I designs while working closely with project teams and stakeholders. This role suits a contractor who thrives in technically demanding environments and is comfortable taking ownership of deliverables.

You will attend regular clinical and service development meetings, including MDTs, CPAs, referral discussions and hospital-wide forums, ensuring seamless collaborative working.
