Senior Maintenance Engineer jobs in Fulham

You will play a key role in ensuring engineers work the Environ way, spend the correct amount of time on site, and that our clients receive a consistent, compliant, and high-quality service. This position requires strong decision-making, confidence to challenge poor practice, and the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across the business.

You will be working within a small and close knit team who have all been with the business a longtime. Staff retention is excellent - this role has come avaiualbe due to growthMonday to Friday - 40 hours a weekVan and fuel cardCOMPANY INFORMATION -A reputable and well -established company specialising in planned maintenance and refurbishments.

You will work closely with senior management, design teams and specialist subcontractors to produce accurate, competitive and well-considered tenders for complex, high-specification builds and refurbishments.

You will be office and site based, working closely with the wider delivery team.

You must understand how trades, contractors, and projects flow in practice. Strong knowledge of property restoration or roofing services is preferred.

You will be required to handle any call backs to the business regarding recurring issues, and ensuring the correct surveyor goes back to attend any callbacks to attend any failures or misdiagnosis.
