You will play an active role in supporting landowners, developers and project teams through the planning process, from early-stage assessment through to determination and appeal.

You will be confident working independently while contributing positively to team-based project delivery.

You will work closely with both public and private sector clients to assess and mitigate land contamination risks, support planning applications, and deliver remediation solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise in Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Intrusive Investigations, and the development and supervision of remediation strategies.

You will support in delivering a quality service to clients living in the Havering area

You will be supported by a dedicated and experienced registered manager along with her team of care coordinators. Please note that all of our positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Adults.

You will participate in the development of the delivery of clinical diagnostic services and highly specialised scientific support in the fields of radiological imaging physics and radiation protection.
