Senior IT Support Engineer jobs in West Malling

You will be required to support the manager in the daily running of the service and must be IT literate.

You will also undertake staff supervisions and chair team meetings.

You will be working within a team to provide 24-hour cover, 7 days a week. Therefore, you may be required to work evenings and weekends and cover sleep-ins (paid at £70.47 per night).

You will have overall responsibility for the management, delivery, and financial control of the Engineering Team, ensuring high-quality delivery of engineering, asset management, CCTV, car parking, and infrastructure services in line with organisational priorities, legislative requirements, and financial constraints.

You will be joining a close-knit mechanical team where engineers are trusted to work independently day to day but are fully supported by an operations director, managers and team leaders who are visible, approachable and hands on.

You will have access to a dedicated training centre, internal and external courses and manufacturer-led training across MVHR, MEV and PIV systems.

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will be responsible for generating new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships. The role suits a confident, customer-focused sales professional with experience selling complex B2B software solutions. You will work closely with mechanical engineers, architects, project managers and clients to ensure fully coordinated, practical and compliant designs.

You will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, guide junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the electrical design team.
