You will undertake ICT Support Technician Level 3 qualification training. In this apprenticeship, you will be trained on how to deliver efficient operation and control of IT and/ or Telecommunications infrastructure, comprising physical or virtual hardware, software, network services and data storage.
You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. Our team operates in a collaborative, on-campus environment where colleagues work regular patterns with flexibility around timing and location in discussion with managers.
