With 70% of work focused on fire systems and 30% on security, you’ll manage a portfolio of live projects at any one time.
You should be comfortable reading technical drawings and specifications, have excellent numerical skills, and be proficient with estimating software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel). Experience with construction estimating tools and CRM systems would be advantageous.
