You will be responsible for a surveyor, a lettings manager, 2 x repairs and maintenance staff, a project support officer, a compliance officer and a team of cleaners.
You will prepare, oversee and then mobilise new contract agreements with subcontractors for the delivery of services across the portfolio.
You will come from a strong technical hard services / M&E background.
You will deputise for the General Manager and support with the operational running of the estate. - Directly you will oversee the smooth running of all facilities functions, managing M&E, building H&S, statutory compliance, hard and soft contractors as well as ensuring high site functionality and presentation.
