You will be required to travel regularly between our HQ site in Andover, Hampshire and occasionally to our site in Czech. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings and weekends.
You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
You will manage procurement, coordinate engineering deliverables, and ensure assigned work packages are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification, working closely with Senior PMs and Directors. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned work packages, typically £200k–£400k in value, 3–4 months in duration.
