You will act as the principal authority on environmental permitting, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, government bodies, and industry groups to ensure permits are secured, maintained, and aligned with long-term business and sustainability objectives.

You will be instrumental in improving the environmental performance for a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.

You will have responsibility for directing and leading projects including tasks relating to recruitment, bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.

You will support/lead colleagues across a variety of development-led projects, contributing to transport assessments, feasibility work, modelling, and multi-modal access strategies. Responsibilities of the Transport Planner: Prepare Transport Assessments, Statements, Travel Plans, and feasibility studies.

You will have significant opportunity to develop a strong practice. What you will be doing Advising on a range of environmental and legal matters Advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters Ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations Assisting with Environmental Information Regulation queries.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is planned, sequenced, and delivered successfully. Your responsibilities will include:Programme Planning & Controls * Preparing design, procurement and construction programmes using Elecosoft Powerproject for pre-qualifications, tenders and live projects.

You will also have: ·Chartered RTPI membership ·A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline ·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and current policy framework What You'll Get You'll be joining a dynamic, independent consultancy where your expertise will be valued and your professional development supported.
