You will be in close collaboration with Backend engineers, Data engineers, CloudOps and Product Owners and Scrum masters. The team is working on a system that monitors and analyses the state of the electrical grid and sends out alerts when faults or power disruptions occur, helping keep the lights on for end consumers.

You will be delivering work across commercial, education, healthcare, community, sports and leisure sectors.

You will join a team of approximately 20 engineers, the majority of whom are Chartered, providing strong technical support, mentorship and guidance for candidates working towards Chartership with direct management from an ICE mentor.

You will be primarily involved in the daily inspection of the quality of the work completed onsite. Alongside the site you will initiate continuous improvements to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. This will ensure the customers expectations are met, whilst aligning the activities within the industry standards.

You will work closely with Senior, Staff and Principal Engineers across Belfast and the wider global engineering organisation, contributing to large scale distributed systems while acting as a technical authority within the team. This role offers a strong mix of hands-on development, architectural decision making and mentorship.
