You will represent Kramp at trade shows, customer events and dealer open days, with turnover seen as the outcome of everything you do, but with your true focus firmly on building partnerships, supporting customers and helping them succeed. Main Responsibilities Manage and develop customer accounts in line with Kramp’s growth strategy.

You will work directly with the CFO, where a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity will be required.

You will be responsible for carrying out duties delegated by them and for proactively dealing with matters on behalf of the CFO, without the need for escalation wherever possible and commensurate with the responsibilities of the role.

You will need similar experience in a Field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment and be proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic tools (multi-meter). - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with experience in software configuration and firmware updates.

You will be able to share your expertise across multiple projects while working as part of the wider team on solutions for technically challenging problems. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will undertake test of MBDA's products using a variety of test equipment replicating real life environments including temperature, humidity, shock and vibration.
