You will have excellent communication and negotiations skills, strong planning and problem solving ability, initiative and a positive approach.
You will ideally have a proven track record of successful project delivery with a recognised Main Contractor in a Senior Design Management role, and have lead a project through the preconstruction design development phase and successful construction.
You will be proactive in developing relationships with colleagues from across the business, liaising with other teams on a regular basis and supporting them through all stages of a project. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer professional advice across a breadth of sectors including Residential, Defence, Energy, Government Services and Transport.
