You will be responsible for: - Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, residents, and contractors. - Coordinating maintenance, repair works, and inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring financial records are accurate.
You will prioritise client's orders and organise the engineers to ensure work is completed on time.
