You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
You will work closely with project managers and senior functional leads to produce weekly status updates, maintain project logs, and prepare leadership and board reporting packs. This is a full time, permanent role based onsite. Due to the remote location, you must be able to drive and hold a valid driving license.
You will provide day‐to‐day operational oversight of survey logistics, improve coordination workflows, and act as the primary administrative and operational contact for complex, multi‐site survey campaigns.
You will contribute to shaping how ABM evolves both regionally and globally, supporting the wider business to become more client‑focused and insight‑driven in its engagement.
You will bring a proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering effective, high‑impact marketing strategies.
You will have experience of the above and be a quick thinking and dynamic individual able and confident to work on the front face of the business and able to manage high workloads, prioritise and multi task to an excellent standard.
