You will handle claims / projects up to £1m in value.
You will be expected to visit site and sites to assess the damage and determine causation / policy liability.
You will write / submit full reports, outlining your findings and commenting on the nature and extent of damage.
You will also negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
You will work for an award-winning, multidisciplinary team of architects, building surveyors, and health & safety consultants.
You will work as a Senior Building Surveyor based in their Birmingham office.
You will work in the education sector, working with both professional services and projects.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
