You will take responsibility for developing a warm and established customer base, where there is significant opportunity to upsell, cross-sell and expand share of wallet, alongside a clear remit to win new business. You will help shape the engineering and commercial strategies that underpin GESHG’s project delivery models, contributing to marshalling, fabrication, special development projects, market and supply chain insight.

You will arrange and oversee production trials, ensuring processes are robust, repeatable, and compliant with food safety requirements.

You will coordinate trial follow-ups, product sampling, and lessons learned, and work closely with Technical and Production teams to develop product specifications and support accurate set-up within the business ERP system.

You will be responsible for the design, manufacture, verification, validation, and lifecycle support of test equipment at board, sub-system, and system level. You’ll work on technologies that support Control Actuation Systems, Guidance Electronics, and cutting-edge GPS Anti-Jamming systems across land, sea, air—and space.
