You will manage a varied private family caseload, including a mix of: - Private children matters, and/ or - Divorce and financial remedy work - Advisory work alongside mediation, including work linked to local mediator panels Current demand includes several ongoing financial proceedings and a mix of matters resolving through mediation as well as contested litigation, often against large City firms.
You will handle a diverse portfolio of high-value matters, advising clients on complex wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning.
