You will lead a team of electrical technicians working on 12/7 and 24/7 shift patterns and will be a technical specialist providing support to the site and projects teams for design, construction, assessing risk and improvement opportunities as well as assisting with trouble shooting and incident response.
You will work alongside our Experience Manager to design, plan, and deliver exceptional event production and stakeholder experiences.
You should thrive on solving complex problems, know when to seek support in challenging situations, and excel at navigating tight deadlines, demanding customers, and unexpected obstacles with skill and composure.
You will also ensures operational execution, regulatory compliance, and strong customer outcomes, while driving team performance and continuous improvement. This role also supports the Head of Operations and COO in strategic projects and system and process enhancement initiatives.
You will work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring nLighten’s physical security strategy is embedded by managing all the physical security aspects at all of nLighten sites. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of robotic automation and specialist tooling projects, from early concept and design through manufacture, installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
You will be expected to provide regular programme updates, financial forecasts, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring work gets done, information is accurate, and priorities are followed through. This is not a traditional PA role and not a strategy or graduate “Founder’s Associate” role. It is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys structure, ownership, and accountability.
You will lead the support staff team and have dedicated administrative support for routine tasks, allowing you to focus on strategy and compliance.
