You will ensure artwork accuracy, uphold brand consistency across diverse clients, and streamline workflows to deliver outstanding creative output. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the artworker process, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency in daily operations and managing junior artworkers.
You will also be involved in the successful delivery of artwork for web, social media, advertising, promotional marketing, working closely with the wider design and marketing team to ensure that all briefs are delivered to schedule and brand DNA.
You will be expected to initially work with all team members to summarise where interventions are required (Tools, Processes and People), and then lead a continuous improvement drive to implement agreed changes that significant impact the quality and consistency of our artworks across all UK brands.
