You will be responsible for expanding Avenues’ reach, diversifying income streams, and ensuring the sustainability and excellence of our property portfolio and asset management.
You will have significant experience of winning new business in social care or a related area and will bring a passion and drive for developing new services and income streams.
You will work in a general practice capacity across accounts, tax, bookkeeping, VAT and CIS with a primary focus on accounts and tax preparation.
You will have the support of a small, but experienced team, and work in a client-facing capacity. Clients range from sole traders and partnerships to limited companies of varying sizes, across a range of sectors.
You will play an active role in the delivery of project and professional services to a wide range of public and private sector clients, across London and the South East of England.
You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Partner Quantity Surveyors and for assisting in the co-ordination and training of the Intermediate Surveyors within the team.
