You will be responsible for the technical execution of cryptographic protocols and the integration of enterprise authentication SDKs, ensuring that our mobile platforms remain at the forefront of digital security. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Identity Integration: Lead the implementation of Ping/ForgeRock SDKs for Android, ensuring consistent and secure authentication flows across the platform.

You will manage complex administrative workflows, coordinate multiple moving parts, and act as a central point of communication for clients and candidates. This role requires excellent judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage numerous high-level administrative projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

You will own bottling line maintenance planning and execution, while also looking for opportunities for performance optimisation, design improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The focus is on building out robust, maintainable systems that reduce downtime, improve repeatability, and support MOMO’s growth.

You will be expected to contribute ideas and provide input into this process.

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, championing best practice in people management, safeguarding, and organisational effectiveness.

You will be an experienced HR leader with strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and the credibility to operate confidently at senior level in a complex, sensitive environment.

You will be required to do site visits in the designated area most of the days.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of maintenance schedules and lead and manage all planned maintenance activity on site.
