You will manage complex administrative workflows, coordinate multiple moving parts, and act as a central point of communication for clients and candidates. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, championing best practice in people management, safeguarding, and organisational effectiveness.

You will be an experienced HR leader with strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and the credibility to operate confidently at senior level in a complex, sensitive environment.

You will be required to do site visits in the designated area most of the days.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of maintenance schedules and lead and manage all planned maintenance activity on site.
