You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.

You will be responsible for providing full commercial support across a portfolio of Water Infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Commercial management of projects under NEC forms of contract.

You will work as part of an experienced and professional team and will be required to use a variety of software.

You will deal with a range of local clients in various industries.

You will ensure compliance with accounting standards at all times, as well as making sure deadlines are kept within the agreed timeframe.

You will be someone with: - Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS Qualified or overseas equivalent. - Educated up to degree level or CTS. - Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site. - Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
