You will be teaching a small class of pupils across KS2–KS4 with a range of additional needs, including Autism and SEMH. The role involves planning and delivering a creative, personalised curriculum, working closely with support staff, and supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.

You will work alongside support staff and specialist practitioners to support communication, engagement and academic progress. The role also involves promoting positive behaviour, supporting social and emotional development and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
