You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.

You will provide personalised one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them engage in learning activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their emotional and academic development.

You will encourage participation, follow structured support plans, and help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships. Previous experience of working within EYFS people is desirable. Experience supporting children with SEN would be an advantage. A team player with patience, understanding and a willingness to develop is needed.
