You must have relevant qualifications at SCQF level 4 or above and previous experience of community-based work with young people.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.

You will assist the Service Delivery Manager implement and maintain effective systems of accountability, quality assurance and performance management, ensuring all personal support plans are monitored and reviewed within statutory timescales.

You should have good communication, literacy and numeracy skills as well as knowledge of current products and customer demands.
You will also be a good team player with experience of working with customers on a daily basis and minimal experience of till and cash handling.
You will work closely with operational staff to provide effective and comprehensive business support within Social Work locality, Social Work units, Centralised Services and/or Integrated Teams within Partnership.
You should be educated to National 5 level and have relevant experience working in a dynamic office environment, with proficiency in various IT systems including Microsoft Office.
