Seeking a SEN Early Years teacher for a specialist school in Kempston. Responsibilities include teaching pupils with special educational needs and collaborating with staff.
You should be able to think outside the box, and adapt to situations when required. Be aware that this role may include behaviour management within the classroom during lessons. A classroom teaching assistant will be required to work as a team with the teacher and other members of staff in order to support the students and grow their development.
You will be supporting pupils with a variety of complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and severe learning difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you’ll help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each pupil’s individual needs.
You will be a crucial part of fostering a love of learning and ensuring each student’s progress.
