You will be required to support children with PMLD on a 1-1 basis and administer personal care. This role is initially temporary, however successful candidates will be brought on permanently by the school.
You must be comfortable with personal care and be happy to get stuck in!
You will be able to implement strategies for raising achievement and have knowledge of working with accreditation boards such as ASDAN and be committed to your further professional development. Helping young people with their learning. Supporting pupils to make progress against their EHCP targets.
You will be required to support children with PMLD on a 1-1 basis and administer personal care.
You will also be working alongside medical staff in certain classrooms, who are there to provide care for students with complex medical needs.
You must be comfortable with personal care, and have a knowledge and understanding around autism and complex needs.
