You will adapt resources to cater for individual learning styles and promote independent learning.
You will be a positive role model to the student and set appropriate targets to boost confidence and self-esteem. It is important that you have good knowledge of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and behavioural disorders to be able to support these pupils effectively.
You will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where pupils feel secure, regulated and ready to learn.
