You will be the steady hand that helps them navigate their school day, manage their emotions, and unlock their potential. Your ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH, ADHD, or Autism. De-escalate challenging behaviors using therapeutic and calm-centered approaches.

You will be working closely with a class teacher and the school’s wider support team to help a pupil engage positively with learning and develop emotional regulation, confidence and independence. The child requires tailored support throughout the school day, including during transitions and structured learning activities.
