You will work within the OFG pyramid model of clinical delivery, working in an MDT to target support at a whole school level where possible.
You will be supported by the standards team and the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
You will also contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
You will be involved in gathering and responding to feedback from parents and staff, and developing and maintaining community links for the school. SSB members provide regular feedback to the Trust Board on the performance of their school and the feedback from stakeholders, contributing to the overall improvement of the Trust.
You will be joining a team of staff in our dedicated pre school which consists of 2 classrooms 2-3's and 3-4's. We offer excellent career opportunities for the right candidates.
