You will manage and coordinate ~£60m p/a of contractual spend - including coordination and reporting of pan-organisational information (e.g. Defined Cost, Disallowed Cost, cost covered by Fee, invoicing and timesheets) - primarily operating within Joint Venture environments.
You will take ownership of managing external design consultants, driving technical compliance and ensuring all design outputs align with programme, contract and client requirements.
