You will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure robust quality systems, effective corrective actions, and full compliance with AS9100 and regulatory standards. You will have previous experience in the design of electrical installations for compact or enclosed areas, within ships or boats, buildings, products or services.
You will need to be proficient in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD (ideally with other 3D packages), as well as Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & Outlook.
You will be provided with the required learning and development opportunities in order for you to undertake the technical aspects of this role.
You will ideally have experience of the operation and / or maintenance of Royal Navy (RN) submarines and equipment, and preferably (but not essential) knowledge of appropriate technical documentation and an understanding of safety requirements.
