You will collect and various types of waste and recycling materials associated with the kerb side collection schemes, recycling centres and recycling points.
You will also be included in the standby rota and will be available to work additional hours, outside normal working hours.
You will conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks, fault rectification, fault investigations and emergency call outs. Covering the entire Club, including membership and guests’ activities and their homes as well as staff housing, assets, and buildings throughout the estate.
You will oversee contractual commitments, manage cost control, and proactively challenge and support project teams to deliver best-value outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, commercial expertise, and excellent communication skills, with regular interaction across clients, project teams, and supply chain partners.
You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross. Working at Perth & Kinross Council
