You will work closely with their office-based repairs team and fellow trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and right first time. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience - Carpentry works including replacing doors, floor replacement, worktop replacement, fitting fires doors, etc.
You will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and upkeep of the entire school site and buildings. This includes leading the premises team, managing external contractors, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) legislation, and managing site budgets for repairs and upkeep.
