You will act as the subject matter expert for M365 productivity solutions, supporting business teams to maximise the value of M365, and ensuring best practice in solution design, documentation, and user support.

You will identify opportunities for innovation in process automation, ensuring analysis, development, security and testing best practices are applied and mentoring the wider team.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
