You will be working an average of 56 hours per week covering days and nights. Shift pattern will be: 7 on, 3 off, 7 on 06:00‐18:00 and 18:00‐06:00.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of guests while delivering a world-class customer experience in every interaction.

You will bring excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for customer care.

You will join an effective, cohesive team who support each other, work well together and constantly seek solutions. Along with the wider 'Team QMC ' we work hard to meet the challenges of modern day demands on a multi‐purpose site designed for teaching, learning and commercial activities whilst keeping students at the heart of what we do.

You will work as part of a two-officer team per shift, with responsibilities including access control, logging vehicle movements, maintaining site security, and providing exceptional customer service.
