You will produce accurate and professional documentation and process adjustments in line with procedures including notifying insurers, issuing revised documentation and collecting additional premiums.
You will also have excellent negotiation and broking skills, strong communication skills, an ability to gather and analyse information from the clients and an ability to persuade and influence others.
You will engage with clients at their doorsteps, effectively communicating any pertinent information to the office team.
You will also be responsible for the loading and unloading of assigned dogs, conducting thorough head-to-tail checks, and delivering their lunch boxes or other belongings.
