You will lead electrical design work packages and manage a team of engineers delivering complex engineering solutions from concept through to handover. Projects typically involve large-scale, high-integrity machinery and process systems for highly regulated environments, covering full lifecycle design, integration, and commissioning.
You will lead and develop your on-site teams, ensure customer SLAs are consistently achieved, manage the site P&L, and look for ways to improve processes, costs and revenue opportunities.
You will be confident around health and safety, comfortable owning budgets, and used to working within accredited, regulated environments.
You will play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s vision of delivering an industry class-leading QA and QC capability, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and EHS standards. Shifts:Monday to Friday, standard working hours Salary:£38,000 - £42,000, dependent on experience
